Key Responsibilities:
● Prospecting and Lead Generation:
○ Identify and research potential distributors and sales partners in target markets.
○ Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new distributors.
○ Conduct outreach, presentations, and meetings with prospective partners.
● Distributor Relationship Management:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to foster loyalty and trust.
○ Act as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
○ Collaborate with distributors to align their efforts with company goals and strategies.
● Distributor Training and Development:
○ Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for distributors to improve their sales and product knowledge.
○ Conduct regular workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions to ensure distributors are well-informed about products, marketing strategies, and sales techniques.
○ Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to distributors to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
● Performance Monitoring and Support:
○ Track distributor sales performance and provide actionable feedback to improve results.
○ Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate distributors and align their efforts with company objectives.
○ Address performance gaps through targeted support and training initiatives.
● Strategic Planning and Market Expansion:
○ Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for distribution network growth.
○ Develop strategies to optimize the performance and reach of the distribution network.
○ Collaborate with internal teams to align distributor efforts with broader sales and marketing goals.
● Reporting and Insights:
○ Prepare regular reports on distributor performance, sales pipeline, and market trends.
○ Provide insights and recommendations to the Sales and Channel Development Manager for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year business course
At least 2 years sales background
Preferably with direct selling, distributorship sales background but not required
Has interest with beauty and wellness industry.
