Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Sales Executive who can effectively communicate in Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil, along with Hindi and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience through clear and professional communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil, and fluent in Hindi and English
  • Stable internet connection and access to a reliable device (for remote work setup)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to understand their needs and promote products or services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and availability.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop strategies that increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
