Security Team Leader

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Conducts pre-shift briefings and regular training and audit of security guards.
  • Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to ensure real-time awareness and response of security conditions.
  • Conducts regular patrol of areas of responsibility and identify potential risks and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Uphold security protocols and control property access.
  • Promptly assist to guest and employee security and safety concerns.
  • Prepares Incident reports and maintain detailed and accurate logs of security related tasks and activities.
  • Actively participates to evacuation and emergency response, when necessary.
  • Prepares Security Daily Report/s.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Minimum 1 year experience of similar safety and security position in a 3-4 star hotel.
  • Knowledgeable of local laws, Investigative methods and fire safety.
  • Knowledge of emergency response and first aid procedures.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good leadership, planning, organizing qualities.
  • Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
