Job Description:

· Ability to gather business requirements and translate the requirements to reports and dashboards

· Create simple yet effective dashboards, reports, etc. as needed by the business in support of projects and operational requirements

· Create and update documentation and help maintain dashboards

· Build complex queries on large volumes of data using SQL

· Act as L1/L2 Analyst for urgent dashboard-related data requirements

· Ability to provide requirements, updates, and resolve known issues in timely manner

· Create and update operations support documentation, and maintain tech and operations support document portal

· Ensure data security practices in the deployed pipelines

· Maintain uptime for dashboard

· Oversee project timeline with dashboard developers

Job Qualifications:

· Required: Experience working with SQL

· Required: Experience in Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), Google Sheets

· Required: Demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to:

· Understand business objectives and translate them into data analysis requirements.

· Interpret data findings to identify trends and opportunities.

· Communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

· Preferred: Experience in Big Data technologies

· Preferred: Experience working with MySQL / Alibaba MaxCompute

· Preferred: Experience in JIRA and Confluence

· Preferred: minimum 2 years of experience
