Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Supervise and direct warehouse staff, assigning tasks, providing training, evaluating performance, and fostering a safe work environment.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Operations Oversight: Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks to meet company standards and productivity targets.
  • Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant safety regulations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with other departments (like procurement and logistics) and departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining shipping documentation, generating reports, and managing supply orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
