The Executive Assistant / Office Secretary of Victor Consunji Development Corporation is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. Their duties include:

Prioritizing emails and phone calls.

Gathering documents to prepare for meetings.
-
Coordinating travel and meeting arrangements.
The job also includes a variety of administrative and clerical duties such as organizing files, answering phones, coordinating with other executives and employees, scheduling meetings and project site visits. You are also responsible for maintaining a high level of confidentiality of sensitive matters that arise within the office.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings for the executive head

Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

Communicate between the executive and employees
-
Problem-solve any issues that the executive requests.

Ensure that the executives attend all important meetings
-
Taking Minutes of the meetings
-
Prepare correspondence independently from notes, instructions, or initiative, assuring appropriate form, style, punctuation, spelling, and grammar. The AS types agendas, compiles agenda materials, and oversees the plans' copying and distribution.

Provide information, answer complaints, or schedule appointments for the department head or other staff members.

Assist with the preparation of contracts, ordinances, and other legal documents, review applications and requests for action, and assist in various further details.

Monitor/Liquidate CAD Department Petty Cash.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent
-
Proficient in computer software applications (MS Windows Applications); With above average intellectual ability; Can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; With good interpersonal relation skills.

Trustworthy, loyal, dependable, meticulous and systematic in approach; with extreme patience, persistence, and flexibility in the course of work implementation and the achievement of goals; has a high level of energy and motivation; must be decisive, assertive, and effective in problem-solving; with good moral character and professional integrity.
