We're looking for a creative and skilled Cook to join the Kim's Ramyun team. The cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking Korean comfort food such as, tteokbokki, kimbap, and other specialties, while also contributing new menu ideas that match our brand's fun and cozy Korean hangout vibe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook Korean dishes following Kim Ramyun's standard recipes and portion sizes.
  • Ensure food consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Develop and suggest new menu items or seasonal specials that fit the brand concept.
  • Test and document new recipes for possible launch.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor ingredient levels and coordinate with management for ordering or inventory updates.
  • Work efficiently during rush hours while maintaining quality.
  • Cooperate with fellow staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and schedule expectations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a cook or kitchen staff (Korean restaurant experience is a plus).
  • Strong cooking skills and creativity in food presentation and recipe development.
  • Familiarity with Korean ingredients and cooking methods preferred.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask during peak hours.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and open to training.
  • Passionate about food innovation and maintaining brand quality.
  • Willing to work during holidays and on a shifting schedule.
