Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of new hire onboarding, including assessments, paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, and safety council requirements.
  • Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, offering support and guidance throughout their transition.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date employee information within HRIS systems.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, such as interview coordination and applicant tracking.
  • Help plan and coordinate training sessions and HR-related events.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including policy updates and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Support recruitment efforts through sourcing and initial candidate screening.

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in HR administration, onboarding, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
