Job Summary
The HR Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations within a shared services environment, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services across multiple business units. This role assists in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation. The HR Assistant ensures that all HR processes are accurately executed, well-documented, and compliant with company policies and labor regulations. The role collaborates with employees, applicants, and HR partners to support smooth and timely HR transactions and provide a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and pre-employment requirements.
- Assist in onboarding, orientation scheduling, and employee document processing.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports, memos, and documentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Provide HR support to employees and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in HR events, training coordination, and other HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of HR experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems.
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and people-oriented.
