Telesales Executive

About the Role:
In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote our ICT solutions, and support the sales team by generating and qualifying leads.
If you enjoy engaging with people, have a knack for communication, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote our ICT products and services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from interested prospects.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM or internal systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience and high satisfaction.
- Stay well-informed about the company's products, services, promotions to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Follow up on leads generated through calls or marketing efforts to nurture prospects and support sales conversions.
- Assist the sales team by forwarding qualified leads and providing necessary background information for seamless handover.
- Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in every call, engaging effectively with customers to help grow our client base.
- Combine sales efforts (cold calling and lead follow-up) with strong organizational skills to support overall business growth.
Who We're Looking For:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or other related fields.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Fast learner and confident in presenting solutions over the phone.
- With advantage if with experience in offering ICT Solutions such as Networking, Cybersecurity, Structured Cabling, Servers, etc.
- Tech-savvy, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about tech solutions.
- Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City – accessible location, with a collaborative and dynamic office culture.
