About the role

The General Accounting | BGC role is a full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As part of the accounting team at Best Reliable Resources Internationale', you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting services that support the company's financial operations and strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and other financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure the integrity of financial data
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed, such as document management and data entry
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial information and support decision-making

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a general accounting or accounts officer role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
