JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Online Brand Presence & Creative Direction

  2. Oversee the creation and rollout of digital marketing assets that reflect the brand's voice, identity, and visual language.

  3. Marketing Strategy & CRM

  4. Develop and implement end-to-end online marketing strategies that support brand awareness, product visibility, and revenue growth.

  5. Social Media Strategy & Content Planning

  6. Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, etc.

  7. Creative Content Development (Online-Focused)

  8. Direct and manage the creation of visuals, videos, reels, banners, and graphics for social media, website, and online ads.

  9. Campaign Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  10. Provide creative input on overall brand campaigns to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.

  11. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  12. Track and analyze the performance of digital content and campaigns using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and platform-specific dashboards.

  13. Team Leadership and Collaboration

  14. Lead and inspire a team of creatives, including designers, photographers, and stylists

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful project leadership and creative direction.
  • Ability to develop eye-catching and brand-consistent social media content using photo editing and graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, and similar software.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, ensuring efficient project planning and execution
  • With ready and viewable portfolio
