About the Role

This role is responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data using statistical techniques to produce accurate, real-time dashboards and reports for business-as-usual and ad-hoc needs. The analyst will also develop and automate data systems while performing trend analysis to conceptualize action items and optimize operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Create consistent, accurate, real-time dashboards
  • Collect and Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques to provide Ad Hoc and BAU reports
  • Develop and implement datasets, data collection systems, analytics and other strategies that optimize process efficiency and quality
  • Perform basic performance trend analysis and conceptualize action items to improve operational efficiency
  • Automation and optimization of reports, insights and data collection
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

What You'll Need

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong SQL and Python skills and experience with building data infrastructure to support reporting and analytical needs.
  • Experience with self-service BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Data Studio).
  • Experience with data warehouses and ETL/data transformation pipelines.
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
  • Experience with digging into underlying data and identifying discrepancies and business logic.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence in a dynamic, cross-functional environment; customer-focused, with a strong history of driving results, managing complexity and dealing with ambiguity.
