Duties and Responsibilities:

The Reports Analyst governs the delivered services and leads the coordination between the client and customer, expediting any action which concerns both parties. The Reports Analyst covers the following activities:

  • Communication Management
  • Demand Management
  • Training and Information Dissemination
  • Service Model Implementation Monitoring
  • Quality Assurance
  • SLA Monitoring and Reporting
  • Continuous Service Improvement
  • Experienced in using ServiceNow ticketing tool.
  • Exposure the Problem Management and Incident Management processes

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Reports Analyst or related skills.
  • Should have very good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to the Insurance or Financial Industry is an added advantage.
  • Must be good in analyzing and interpretation of data using Excel and other reporting platform
  • Can translate data into a report and can present this to the client and to higher management.
  • Experienced in using ServiceNow ticketing tool is a PLUS.
  • Exposure the Problem Management and Incident Management processes
