We're searching for a skilled Senior Architect to lead projects and provide technical expertise to our team. In this role, you will oversee the design process and ensure all work aligns with Mañosa's high standards and Filipino architectural philosophy.

What We're Looking For:

  • A licensed Architect, graduate of BS Architecture.
  • At least 5 years of architectural experience, with at least 3 years as a Project Lead or Job Captain.
  • Familiarity with Filipino design elements, materials, and finishes.
  • Adept in Filipino architectural design philosophy.
  • Excellent with detailed drafting and presentation standards.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Develop, prepare, and/or review preliminary concepts, drawings, architectural specifications, and cost estimates related to the project.
  • Prepare timelines and oversee all work by the assigned team, reviewing and approving all work under your supervision.
  • Provide technical expertise in developing and reviewing policies and procedures related to architectural structures, systems, and construction/safety codes.
  • Develop, prepare, and/or review detailing and construction drawings, and perform initial checks on all drawings and details.
  • Be adept with detailed drafting and presentation standards, and review detail drawings required for each phase of the project.
  • Review layouts and create preliminary sketches to present to clients based on design direction.
  • Compliance and Review: Review architectural and engineering plans, shop drawings, and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws, and regulations.
  • Be adept in Filipino architectural design philosophy and familiar with Filipino design elements, materials, and finishes.
  • Participate in various phases of the design process and conduct site inspections for preliminary studies and during construction.
  • Analyze space utilization effectiveness and ensure project drawings are cleaned up as per the approved design before production begins.
