Assistant Manager – Pru Life UK (Metro Manila) Job Overview & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of financial consultants or advisors toward achieving sales targets and team goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Unit Manager to drive strategic initiatives and performance benchmarks.
- Recruit and activate new financial advisors, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.
- Facilitate and support training, coaching, and mentoring sessions for team members.
- Provide expert financial planning services to clients—covering investments, protection, retirement, education funding, and estate planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year course), any field.
- Previous Work Experience: At least 1 year work experience, any field.
- Residency: Must reside in Metro Manila (or Greater Manila Area).
- Mindset & Skills:
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication, strategic planning, management, and sales competencies.
Role-Enhancing Attributes
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with online platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Office).
- Flexibility to work remotely or attend part-time in-office sessions
- Willingness to undergo training, attend online meetings, and support licensing processes.
