Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery, vehicles, or equipment as assigned according to company and safety standards.
  • Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper function and report any mechanical issues or damage.

  • Load, move, and position materials or products safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
  • Monitor gauges, controls, and displays to ensure optimal operation.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance staff, and co-workers regarding job progress or issues.
  • Follow all company, OSHA, and environmental safety procedures.
  • Keep accurate logs and records of work performed.
  • Assist with other duties as needed to support team and company goals.

Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience as an operator (machine, plant, or heavy equipment) preferred.
  • Valid operator or equipment certification/license (if applicable).
  • Knowledge of safety standards and operational best practices.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor repairs or adjustments.
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Physically able to perform tasks that may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Working Conditions
  • Work may be performed indoors or outdoors depending on the type of operation.
  • May involve exposure to noise, dust, weather, and heavy machinery.
  • Overtime, weekend, or shift work may be required based on operational needs.
