ACCOUNTING STAFF

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Accounting, Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related course.
  • With experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processing.
  • Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to be assigned and/or relocated to any of the company's branches or sister companies.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Process and monitor Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable transactions.

Ensure timely recording of financial transactions.

Prepare vouchers, invoices, and other related accounting documents.

Reconcile account balances and bank statements.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
