Metro Tiles Inc. is currently looking for an HR intern

We are accepting 2 interns

During the internship, every interns will experience at least 2 facets of HR.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Willing to work on-site and complete internship hours as required.
  • Must be able to report to office five days a week.
  • Can render minimum of 200 hours.
  • Must be able to provide MOA and Endorsement Letter.
  • Can start ASAP.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
  • Maintain and update the applicant database.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing personnel records.
  • Assist with payroll; timekeeping and sorting of forms.
  • Assist with employee's benefits.
  • Ensure HR files and documents are properly stored and updated.
  • Perform data entry and document processing tasks.
  • Assist in handling inquiries from employees.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 1 month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
