Responsibilities

  • Respond to member concerns and inquiries regarding plan and care availments through calls and messaging platforms

  • Assess and resolve member inquiries across a wide range of cases, ensuring a patient-centric approach

  • Work closely with relevant departments to gather stakeholder feedback and endorse tasks or next steps as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in a nursing or medical related field

  • Preferably with experience in customer success, account management, or related fields.

  • Proficient in English and Filipino, spoken and written

    • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills for team coordination and managing patient expectations

    • Excellent written communication skills — properly document conversations and escalate relevant cases to the team

  • Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities

  • Willingness to work hybrid (2x Onsite)

  • Assigned 5 shifts per week from your preferred 2 shifts below:

    • Morning Shift: 5 AM to 2 PM

    • Mid/Afternoon/Evening Shifts:

      • 9 AM to 6 PM

      • 3 PM to 12 AM

    • Night Shift: 10 PM to 7 AM
