Customer Success Representative

If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and want to work on solutions that truly matter, we’d love to meet you Responsibilities Respond to member concerns and inquiries regarding plan and care availments through calls and messaging platforms Assess and resolve member inquiries across a wide range of cases, ensuring a patient-centric approach Work closely with relevant departments to gather stakeholder feedback and endorse tasks or next steps as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a nursing or medical related field Preferably with experience in customer success, account management, or related fields Proficient in English and Filipino, spoken and written Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills for team coordination and managing patient expectations Excellent written communication skills—properly document conversations and elevate relevant cases to the team Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities Willingness to work hybrid (2x Onsite) Assigned 5 shifts per week from your preferred 2 shifts below: Morning Shift : 5 AM to 2 PM Mid/Afternoon/Evening Shifts: 9 AM to 6 PM 3 PM to 12 AM Night Shift : 10 PM to 7 AM Join our team as we revolutionize healthcare in the Philippines—and beyond ✨ Day 1 benefits for full-time employees – because we practice what we preach Enjoy comprehensive healthcare coverage for you and your dependent, and paid time off from the start.
