We are starting our network in the Philippines.

Role

You will assist the startup's CEO and manage day-to-day operations of the business. You will extensively communicate and coordinate, internally and externally. The CEO will appreciate your responsiveness and skillful handling of all kinds of operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company's operations in lending, renting and business introductions
  • Help the CEO with admin tasks
  • Own and optimise our operational processes and tools
  • Support our users when they have questions or problems

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Filipino, spoken and written
  • Can easily travel to Manila for quarterly meetings (by land or air)
  • Experience managing operations and spreadsheets
  • 3-5 Years of experience in admin assistance, virtual assistant or similar
  • Bonus: Proven entrepreneurial mindset; ideally has run or managed a business
  • Bonus: Familiarity with customer support, accounting or microfinance
  • Bonus: Familiarity with process automation tools

Work Setup and Compensation

  • Php 25,000/month
  • Includes flexible work-from-home and calls at evening hours
