Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, QA Engineer

In this role, you will be a key member of our test team, responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases. You will collaborate with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test coverage and perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Potentially work on the continuous integration framework for the automation suite.
• Build automation frameworks and scripts for end-to-end testing, mostly UI testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in software application testing and automation with experience in Robot Framework and/or Playwright, Python, Typescript/Javascript.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or systems with workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to plan and prioritize objectives and deliverables.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive communication across teams and global locations.
• Experience working on Scrum teams and familiarity with Confluence and JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Ability to navigate vague specifications and requirements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to clarify expectations.
• Experience in developing and implementing automated tests for platforms with workflows.
