Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Safety Coach - Offshore Vessel. The Safety Coach will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on offshore vessels. Daily tasks include conducting safety drills, performing inspections, providing safety training to crew members, and working closely with other onboard departments to address safety concerns. The Safety Coach will also play a key role in incident investigations and reporting to ensure continuous improvement in safety practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Safety Management and conducting safety drills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols specific to offshore vessels
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Ability to perform safety inspections and incident investigations
  • Experience in maritime operations and working in a similar role is a plus
  • Certifications in maritime safety courses and training programs
