About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Fire and Safety Manager to lead our safety initiatives and ensure full regulatory compliance. This role is critical to maintaining a safe environment across our operations and managing all aspects of fire prevention, emergency response, and occupational safety.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of fire and safety policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Ensure full compliance with RA 9514 (Fire Code of the Philippines) and all DOLE/BFP/LGU regulations
  • Oversee audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all sites
  • Liaise with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Local Government Units (LGUs), and other regulatory bodies
  • Conduct emergency drills and safety training programs
  • Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Lead and mentor a team of safety officers

Qualifications

  • DOLE Accredited Safety Officer 3 or 4 (Required)
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in fire and occupational safety
  • At least 3-5 years in a senior or managerial role
  • In-depth knowledge of RA 9514 and other relevant safety laws and standards
  • Strong background in regulatory compliance and collaboration with BFP and LGUs
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills

Preferred

  • Experience in high-risk industries (e.g., manufacturing, construction, logistics)
  • Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH)
