Role Overview
The Content Editor will be an essential member of the Digital Services Team (DST), responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of the company's website and any additional web pages created within the Sitecore CMS. This role involves monitoring the Service Desk and completing tasks within SLAs set by the Digital Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Maintenance: Manage and maintain the company's website and any additional web pages using Sitecore CMS. Use our existing component library to build out great customer experiences.
  • Service Desk Monitoring: Monitor the Service Desk and ensure tickets are picked up or responded to in a timely manner. Liaising with marketing team member via email and phone.
  • Image Optimisation: Upload and optimize images within the Sitecore media library and Digital Asset Management System.
  • Page Layout Recommendations: Provide recommendations on page layouts and/or create concepts based on requirements briefed by marketing teams.
  • Website Testing: Assist with website-based testing from time to time.

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Experience with Sitecore CMS and Braze or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of optimising websites for different devices and image optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills. They must have excellent English skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing and website design principles - experience in user experience or a good eye for design.
  • Experience in a similar role within a digital services or marketing team.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of website analytics & SEO with a growth mindset so willing to keep learning.

  • Dayshift - 6am to 3pm / 7am to 4pm/ 8am to 5pm PH, Mon to Fri
  • 2 headcounts
