What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Content Creator who is passionate about digital media, storytelling, and connecting with audiences across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

The ATB Content Creator will be responsible for developing, producing, and publishing content across ATB's social and digital platforms. This includes brainstorming story ideas, guest research, capturing raw and engaging footage, editing compelling visuals, and creating posts optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas aligned with ATB's themes and audience.
  • Write scripts, captions, and copy for digital platforms.
  • Research and source potential guests, ensuring stories align with ATB's mission.

Production & Editing

  • Film and edit videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform's format and algorithm.

Publishing & Management

  • Schedule and post content across platforms.
  • Manage comments and engage with the ATB community.
  • Track content performance and provide insights for improvement.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the ATB team on storytelling, campaigns, and guest features.
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and other contributors when needed.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of social media trends, YouTube algorithms, and TikTok culture.
  • Ability to tell stories in a creative, authentic, and audience-driven way.
  • Research skills to identify and connect with potential guests.
  • Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera is a plus.
