Job Overview

We are hiring a Go High Level (GHL) Automation VA to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot workflows, automations, and integrations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can work independently while keeping communication clear with the team. Fully remote with flexible hours, this position allows ownership of technical operations and client support.

Key Responsibilities

GHL Management

  • Build, optimize, and maintain workflows, automations, pipelines, and integrations
  • Create opt-in pages, funnels, and automated email campaigns
  • Test workflows before deployment for reliability
  • Resolve automation and integration issues to ensure smooth operation

Operations Support

  • Integrate GHL with external tools such as Zapier, Stripe, and ClickUp
  • Support backend processes for client programs and launches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency

Client Support

  • Provide GHL troubleshooting and platform support to clients
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain communication

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Assist in managing funnels, email campaigns, and events
  • Track campaign performance and ensure flawless execution

Communication & Documentation

  • Document workflows, processes, and troubleshooting guides
  • Update the team regularly and escalate issues when necessary

Mandatory Skills

  • Expertise in Go High Level: automations, workflows, pipelines, integrations
  • 5+ years of experience in VA, GHL Specialist, or similar roles
  • Ability to handle complex workflows independently
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Zapier, ClickUp, or similar tools
  • Background in marketing funnels, email campaigns, and automation
  • Familiarity with CRM and support systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently
