Review lease language for billing compliance. Customer Service: Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, respond promptly to inquiries, and provide documentation for billing disputes.

Additional Responsibilities: Learn internal and external software, resolve utility account issues, participate in process improvement projects, handle ad hoc reports, and contribute to special projects like energy analysis and client presentations. Qualifications:BA/BS in Energy, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar0-2 years of relevant experience or internship, with knowledge of energy calculations, sustainability, or real estate preferred
