Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Civil Quantity Surveyors/Estimators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and pricing civil works in line with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsiblities:
  • Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQs) based on drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
  • Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required
  • Estimate and price civil works including earthworks, concrete, drainage, roadworks, and other structural elements.
  • Liaise with engineers, client representatives and project managers to clarify project details and resolve discrepancies.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist in preparing tender and contract documentation.
  • Monitor project costs and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • 8 years experience in civil estimating and BoQ preparation.
  • Have experience with a civil contractor on large civil projects (horizontal projects - roads, bridges, railways, highways, drainage, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying and estimating software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred but not must have qualifications:
  • Experience working with government or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Working hours (Dayshift)
  • Monday to Friday 7AM-4PM (Manila Time)
Work Setup (WFH)
  • Permanent Homebased
  • Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
