The Messenger or Liaison / Utility Staff will be responsible for delivering documents and packages while also providing general support to the office and its operations. This role requires reliability, flexibility, and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and Collection: Transport documents, packages, and messages to and from designated locations, including clients, suppliers, and government offices.
  • Errands: Perform various tasks, such as banking, purchasing supplies, and submitting documents to government agencies.
  • General Utility Support: Assist with basic office or facility tasks, such as setting up equipment, organizing materials, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all deliveries and collections are properly documented, obtaining signatures or receipts as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with the office regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during errands.
  • Assistance: Support team members with various operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate.
  • Valid driver's license (specifically for motorcycles) and a good driving record.
  • Experience riding a motorcycle is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php13,026.00 per month
