Vectorworks Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Draftsman to provide drafting support for residential construction projects. The ideal candidate is proficient in Vectorworks and can deliver high-quality drawings while working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Create and revise architectural drawings using Vectorworks to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Assist the owner in completing various drafting projects from concept through final documentation.
• Maintain accuracy and clarity across all drawings and files.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and updates promptly through clear written and verbal communication.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in 
  Vectorworks
   (non-negotiable).
• Knowledge of residential construction methods and standards is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and oral.
• High attention to detail and consistent, high-quality output.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, Eastern Time

Software Skills Required:

• Vectorworks
   (primary drafting software)
