Role Overview:The Commercial Accounting Team Lead reports to the Commercial Accounting Manager and is responsible for leading the finance team in achieving revenue targets and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role oversees the revenue cycle process and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making for the APAC region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support strategic planning.

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve revenue targets. Identify and implement best practices for financial reporting and analysis. Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team.

Create and maintain financial models to support revenue forecasting and planning. Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and SEC regulations. Compliance:Assist in audit processes raised by Legal Entity Controllership.

Maintain strong internal controls to achieve favorable audit ratings. Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in revenue management, finance, or process improvement. Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities. Preferred:Proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Experience with financial modeling and forecasting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software. Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards.
