Job Responsibilities:

Answering customer questions about accounts, transactions, and financial products.

Dealing with customer grievances, fixing problems, and offering answers or different choices.

Helping with the opening, verification, and updating of accounts.

Managing payments, withdrawals, and other transactions related to accounts.

Upholding a solid comprehension of financial products and services in order to aid customers proficiently.

Precisely recording customer dealings and transactions

Additional tasks might be allocated by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

Open for High School Graduates and College Undergraduates.

At least 1 years of experience in BPO company handling financial account.

Amenable to attend interview.

Willing to work onsite

Willing to work in Shifting Schedule

Available other site (Mandaluyong | Clark Pampanga)
