The Opportunity at a Glance

We're looking for a
Graphic Designer and Digital Coordinator
to join a leading signage and visual branding company that delivers high-quality, custom visual solutions to commercial and retail clients. This is a
full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates
, employed under a proper PH setup.

You'll work closely with both internal teams and clients to produce high-quality design proofs, print-ready artwork, and digital assets. This role combines creativity, technical accuracy, and client collaboration — ideal for someone with an eye for detail, strong Adobe skills, and an interest in the signage and production industry.

Experience working directly with clients in a
signage or production environment
is a distinct advantage.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop creative and functional
  design concepts
  for signage and print projects.

• Create
  print-ready artwork
  in compliance with fabrication and production specifications.

• Manage
  multiple design requests, revisions, and approvals
  with speed and accuracy.

• Communicate directly with
  clients and sales staff
  to understand requirements, provide artwork updates, and ensure timely approval.

• Maintain
  brand consistency
  and quality across all visual materials.

• Prepare
  digital collateral
  including website visuals, promotional graphics, and social media content.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate file setup and smooth transition from design to fabrication.

• Manage design files, version control, and workflow documentation.

• Support digital marketing and content initiatives with high-quality visuals and templates.

What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:

• Have
  3
  -5 years of experience
  in
  graphic design
  , ideally in
  signage, print, or production environments
  .

• Are proficient in
  Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  .

• Understand
  print production requirements
  , file setup, and fabrication workflows.

• Have a
  strong command of English
  , spelling, and typography.

• Are
  detail-oriented, fast, and accurate
  when handling multiple design projects.

• Have reliable internet connectivity and the ability to collaborate remotely.

  pre-press, fabrication, or print production processes

• Basic understanding of

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
