Graphic Designer

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team

You'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital, print, and event touchpoints — designing everything from marketing collateral and social media campaigns to web pages and presentations.

You'll work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to produce high-quality visuals that are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Design

• Design marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, case studies, and one-pagers that communicate complex information in a visually engaging way.
• Create eye-catching assets for digital campaigns, including social media posts, display ads, email headers, GIFs, and short animations.
• Develop creative visuals for events and tradeshows, including booth designs, signage, and promotional materials.
• Design branded merchandise and packaging (apparel, giveaways, etc.) that strengthen brand identity and recognition.

Digital & Web Design

• Design and optimize website and landing page layouts, banners, and graphics that enhance user experience.
• Apply and maintain Design System components to ensure consistency and scalability across web assets.

Internal & Presentation Design

• Develop professional, visually compelling presentations for internal and client-facing use (PowerPoint, Asana, or similar).
• Support cross-functional teams with creative materials that align with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.

Quality & Collaboration

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, web, and sales teams to deliver creative work that is on time, on brief, and on brand.

Office Day: Once (1) a week.

Shift Schedule: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM | Monday - Friday

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience (experience in B2B or SaaS is a plus).
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint.
• Experience producing both digital and print-ready materials.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual composition.
• Knowledge of web and responsive design; understanding of UX principles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Rive, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with Asana and sprint-based workflows.
• Experience building and maintaining Design Systems in Figma.
• Experience creating templates in Canva for team use.
