Job Description Summary:

The Construction Manager (Electrical) is responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical works in the project site to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of construction activities. This role supervises the electrical team, coordinates with other disciplines, and ensures compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Electrical Engineer
  • With at least 5 years experience in electrical projects
  • With experience in electrical project management & implementation, preferably in industrial or Semiconductor facility projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction of electrical system including installation, testing and commissioning practices
  • With experience in structured cabling, rough-ins, wiring, and termination.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Project, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and/or SketchUp is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned full-time in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines
