Key Responsibilities

·      Spearhead commissary operations by developing and executing supply chain strategies that support product development, innovation, and overall business goals.

·      Lead R&D initiatives in collaboration with culinary and production teams to develop cost-effective, scalable, and high-quality products.

·      Oversee end-to-end procurement, supplier partnerships, and raw material sourcing to ensure consistent quality, price stability, and timely availability.

·      Manage inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics to optimize space, reduce waste, and improve storage and distribution efficiency.

·      Ensure the proper handling, storage, and movement of ingredients and finished goods in accordance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

·      Align raw material availability with production schedules to support baking and cooking timelines, minimize downtime, and enhance operational flow.

·      Drive continuous process improvements across the commissary to reduce costs, increase yield, and boost overall operational performance.

·      Lead, mentor, and develop commissary, warehouse, and supply chain teams to foster accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).

·       At least 10 years' supply chain experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.

·       Proven track record in warehouse operations management.

·       Preferably with experience or knowledge in baking, cooking, and food production supply chains.

·       Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.

·       Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory control, and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) is an advantage.
