Job Summary:

The Promotions and Merchandising Manager – Rx is responsible for the timely implementation and post-evaluation of promotional activities and merchandising initiatives for Generika's pharmaceutical products and services. This role ensures that all campaigns are executed effectively across trade and retail channels, enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Promotions Management

  • Plan, implement, and monitor promotional campaigns for Rx products across various channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of promotional activities.
  • Ensure all promotional materials comply with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.

Merchandising Execution

  • Develop and deploy merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility in the stores
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of merchandising tools such as POS materials, shelf talkers, and display units.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure merchandising standards are upheld.

Campaign Evaluation

  • Analyze the effectiveness of promotional and merchandising activities using KPIs and market feedback.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to align execution with strategic goals.
  • Support field teams with promotional tools, training, and execution guidelines.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage budgets for promotional and merchandising activities.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, suppliers, and vendors for production and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing, promotions, or merchandising.
  • Strong understanding of Rx market dynamics and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in campaign tracking tools and merchandising analytics
  • Willing to work in Marcelo Green, Paranaque City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php95,000.00 per month
