Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising principles and best practices.
  • Excellent visual merchandising skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on sales trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
  • Willing to be assigned in Iloilo

Product Display & Visual Merchandising:

  • Develop and implement visually appealing and effective product displays for both online and physical retail locations.
  • Create planograms and layouts to maximize product visibility and sales potential.
  • Ensure that displays are consistent with brand guidelines and current merchandising trends.
  • Regularly update and refresh displays to maintain customer interest and drive sales.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet demand.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future inventory needs.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Implement inventory control measures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Product Promotion & Marketing:

  • Assist in developing and executing promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Recommend product placement and pricing strategies to maximize sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.

Customer Feedback & Analysis:

  • Gather customer feedback on product displays and merchandising efforts.
  • Analyze customer data to identify product preferences and trends.
  • Use insights from customer feedback to improve merchandising strategies and product offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php13,000.00 per month
