We are seeking energetic and dynamic Brand Promoters / Promodisers specializing in appliances to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

  • Actively engage customers by providing compelling product demonstrations of various appliances, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchase decisions.
  • Conduct on-site data collection to gather customer feedback, preferences, and market insights that support marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media accounts by sharing engaging content from promotional events, creating buzz around new product launches, and increasing brand visibility online.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and in-store activities to attract foot traffic and elevate brand presence within the community.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist in branding efforts through visual merchandising, setting up attractive displays that showcase appliances effectively.
  • Perform product demos confidently in front of groups or individual customers, demonstrating appliance features with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets while maintaining a lively and motivating work environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience or familiarity with food service or retail environments is a plus for understanding customer needs.
  • Strong data collection skills to accurately record customer feedback and promotional outcomes.
  • Experience managing social media platforms to promote products and events effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales techniques with a focus on customer engagement and persuasion.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
  • Experience in event marketing or public speaking helps deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey product benefits and brand messages.
  • Knowledge of branding principles to create visually appealing displays that attract attention.
  • Ability to perform engaging product demos confidently in front of groups or individuals.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty.
