About the role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Thai Mango by Chef Kim, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's procurement and logistics operations. This full-time position is based in Manila City, Metro Manila, and will involve coordinating the flow of goods and materials to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our thriving restaurant business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Liaising with suppliers to procure high-quality ingredients and materials at competitive prices
  2. Monitoring inventory levels and stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
  3. Coordinating the transportation and delivery of goods to our multiple restaurant locations
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all supply chain-related activities
  5. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve supply chain efficiency
  6. Collaborating with the wider operations team to ensure business objectives are met

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle supply chain challenges
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  4. Proficient in using relevant software and technology to manage supply chain operations
  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  6. A collaborative mindset and the desire to contribute to the success of a dynamic, growing company
