Sales Operations and Growth Associate

We're looking for a
Sales Operations & Growth Associate

who is proactive, organized, and comfortable wearing both a growth and content hat. This role sits at the intersection of lead generation, sales support, and content marketing.

What You'll Do

Sales Operations & Lead Generation

  • Support lead generation efforts to grow our base of company clients
  • Manage and update CRM data (e.g. HubSpot): leads, pipelines, follow-ups
  • Track sales and marketing metrics (leads, conversions, response times)
  • Coordinate closely with leadership on outreach priorities and campaigns

Content & Marketing Support

  • Help create and adapt content for LinkedIn, email, and sales materials
  • Design simple marketing assets using Canva (posts, one-pagers, decks)
  • Support content campaigns aimed at HR, People Ops, and company leaders
  • Ensure messaging stays aligned with Infinit Care's brand and tone

What We're Looking For

  • A go-getter with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace
  • Able to track, interpret, and report basic metrics and performance data
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
  • Strong written communication skills (clear, professional, human)
  • Bonus: experience in B2B, HR tech, health, or well-being industries
