We're looking for a proactive Liaison Officer to be our primary point of contact with municipal offices (City Hall, barangays), DTI, SEC, BIR, BFP, and the Mall Administration. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless business operations through efficient document management, payment processing, clear communication, and skilled negotiation to maintain compliance and resolve issues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance & Document Management:

  • Collate, prepare, process, and submit all required business permits, licenses, clearances, and tax documents to municipal offices, DTI, SEC, BIR, and BFP.

  • Ensure timely renewals and adherence to all government and mall regulations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all submissions and compliance statuses.

  • Financial Coordination:

  • Process and track all government-related payments (fees, taxes) to ensure timely remittances and accurate record-keeping.

  • Communication & Negotiation:

  • Serve as the main communicator with all specified government agencies and the Mall Administration.

  • Negotiate to clarify requirements, resolve discrepancies, address operational issues, and advocate for the business's interests.
  • Keep internal teams informed of all regulatory updates and external interactions.

  • Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively identify and resolve bureaucratic hurdles or operational challenges from external entities.


Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a liaison, administrative, or compliance role, with direct experience dealing with Philippine municipal offices, DTI, SEC, BIR, BFP, and/or mall administration.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in document processing and payments.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine business compliance and permitting processes.
  • Proactive, problem-solver with high integrity.
