About SVCS:-

Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is a construction-estimating and project management firm serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003.

Purpose of the position: -

The purpose of this position is to provide SVCS's client with the best customer service so they not only like us but LOVE us.

Requirements: -

Familiarity with the California Department of Real Estate Forms

Experience with leasing commercial property

Experience in sales

If hired, must utilize Time Doctor or similar screen-recoding technology

Responsibilities: -

  • Available to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM San Francisco California time
  • 40+ hours per week + availability when tenants are on tours or moving in
  • Increase rent collected from $3/SF to $4/SF in 6 to 12 months maximum


•Determining rental rate


•Provide quote to potential tenants


•Manage move-in process including scheduling inspections, cleaning, and lease preparation


•Maintain database of unit photos, leases


•Obtain renter's insurance from tenant


•Calculate prorated rent and deductions from deposit


•Update and maintain waiting list

Reports:-

  1. Mondays - Priority list with administrative projects

  2. Tuesdays - Vacancies – for internal approval of price adjustments

  3. Wednesday - Vacancies - external report for onsite managers and Marketing team

  4. Thursdays - Move-in status report

  5. Friday - Waiting list status

Compensation and benefits: -

  • $800 to $1000 USD / month + $50 USD bonus for each unit rented

  • 20 workdays (1 calendar month) paid time off

  • Paid one-on-one training

  • Recognition on SVCS's website
