621 Foodchow OPC is seeking an Accounting Manager who will take full responsibility for overseeing the company's accounting functions. This role ensures that all financial records, reports, and processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards. The Accounting Manager will be hands-on in managing day-to-day accounting activities while supervising the team to maintain efficiency and integrity in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the company's accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of daily sales, disbursements, and supplier transactions
  • Review reconciliations of petty cash, liquidations, and event-related expenses
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, systems, and internal controls
  • Provide financial insights to management to support planning and decision-making
  • Supervise, train, and guide accounting staff to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High integrity, reliability, and accountability
  • Preferably residing in Silang, Cavite, or nearby areas
