Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards. This role involves close coordination with contractors, suppliers, architects, and the project management team to ensure smooth execution of residential development projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction activities at the site and ensure work progress aligns with the project timeline and plans.
  • Implement and monitor quality control and safety procedures on site.
  • Check and review plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Ensure that materials used meet project specifications and standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
  • Monitor the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Assist in project inspections, testing, and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, local government regulations, and company policies.
  • Support the Project Manager in achieving project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • License: Must be a Registered Civil Engineer (PRC license required).
  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction management, preferably in residential / house and lot projects.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office applications.

  • Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Working Conditions:

  • Based at project site(s) with regular fieldwork and coordination meetings.
  • May require extended hours or weekend work depending on project deadlines.
