We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Engineer. This position will primarily focus on overseeing the progress of special projects and land development activities, ensuring that contractors are meeting project milestones and delivering quality results.

About the role:

  • Monitor contractor accomplishments for Special Projects and Land Development
  • Track contractor progress billing and ensure alignment with actual work completed
  • Handle project and sub-contract closeouts and ensure proper handover procedures
  • Prepare monthly progress reports for new and ongoing developments
  • Assist site managers and engineers in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate development
  • Strong background in project monitoring, quantity surveying, and cost estimation
  • Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and reporting skills
  • Must be residing in Cavite/Quezon City
  • Willing to work in Tanza and Naic, Cavite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php36,000.00 per month
