Supply Chain Assistant

I. Responsibilities

1. Plan and Review

a. Annual

i. Plan annual cost savings projects.

ii. DOH projection of assigned platforms for the year.

iii. Prepares annual daily cycle count worksheet of all sites.

b. Monthly

i. Run monthly near expiry/ expiry report (remaining 1 year shelf life and lower)

1. Prepare action plan on its run down.

2. Propose preventive actions.

ii. Run and analyze monthly CM report.

iii. Run and analyze monthly Returns Report.

iv. Planning of Bloom NPIs.

c. Weekly

i. Stock planning of assigned platforms.

ii. Achieve target DOH/ inventory value.

iii. Computes stocks for replenishment using Google sheet twice a week.

iv. Runs inventory balance per platform and posts to distributor viber group.

v. Sends inventory update to distributors once new stock arrivals are encoded in the system.

1. Lead

a. Overall lead in daily cycle count

i. Ensures cycle count is done on a daily basis.

b. Leads daily cycle count in Showroom.

i. Analyzes variances.

c. Lead by example on on-time, real time and accurate encoding in QB.

1. Organize

a. Responsible for Showroom Replenishment.

b. Improves skill in excel/ Google sheets/ QB through regular viewing of YouTube training videos.

c. Ensures FIFO is practiced in Showroom.

d. Gain familiarity with all the skus of BBS.

e. Separation and proper tagging of near expiry/ expired inventories.

f. Prepare write off documents for expired and damaged items in Showroom.

g. Collaborate with Sales team on resolving out of stock and customer service issues.

h. Customer service support for Bloom.

1. Control

a. Monitors the ff. SC KPIs

i. Days on Hand

ii. Inventory level of Power, Support and Tails of assigned platforms

b. Feedback to SC Mgr./ Chairman on reclassification of Power, Support and Tails based on actual sales performance.

c. Documents

i. Secures, stores and safekeeps transmittal of returned item from deliveries, warehouse releasing forms, receiving copies from shipment, supplies and others.

d. Ensures returned items which are still good are placed back in the display area.

1. Day-to-Day Tasks

a. Daily Inventory Cycle

i. Posts from google sheet SKUs to be counted by Salesladies & Inbound staffs.

ii. Checks variance from actual count vs QB on hand (same day).

iii. Posts report to the viber group.

iv. Prepares IA form for items that need to be adjusted by Acctg to be approved by the SC Manager, President and Chairman (cut-off every Thursday).

b. Returned items

i. Records/Encodes the data either manually or in QB

c. Receives/transfers stocks from Suppliers (Local)/CDC1/CDC2 & BLOOM

i. Counts actual received vs DR/Transfer Form

ii. Encodes in QB received items

iii. Prints copy of DR and furnishes copy to Purchasing

d. Requests stocks from CDC1/CDC2

i. Make sure all SKUs in Showroom have enough stocks

e. Prints Barcode

i. Items to be displayed are barcoded

f. Answers inquiries regarding stocks availability to distributors within 1 day.

g. Prepares Stock Planning Sheet of assigned platforms.

i. Submits to SC Mgr. for checking

h. Inbound Staff

i. Sees to it that staffs are performing assigned task

1. Analyzes

a. Prepares KPI report and analysis; prepares corrective and preventive actions.

i. OOS

ii. Expired/nearly Expired Items

iii. Daily cycle count variances

iv. Stocks weeks cover

v. Monthly returns

1. General

a. Accepts other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

b. Lives company values, follows management orders/ directions and abides by its rules and regulations.

c. Ensures that all safety policies and procedures are adhere to.

d. Help develop the Bloom Aesthetics business by:

i. Acting as the Customer Service Personnel

ii. Supporting the business needs from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
