JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Drive the bank's digital growth by leading the strategy, development, and performance of mobile banking platforms. Ensure seamless customer experience, innovation, and alignment with business goals to increase user engagement, revenue, and operational efficiency.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years in banking or fintech, with at least 5 years in a senior digital leadership role.
  • Proven track record in launching or managing mobile banking platforms
  • 3–5 years using analytics tools to drive digital KPIs (e.g., MAU, NPS, conversion).
  • Led cross-functional teams and managed third-party vendors for digital delivery.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, PSD2) and cybersecurity.

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the long-term roadmap for mobile banking platforms.
  • Align platform initiatives with the bank's overall digital transformation goals.
  • Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to guide innovation.

2. Product Development & Enhancement

  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of new mobile banking features.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive and accessible customer journeys.
  • Manage platform integrations with core banking systems, APIs, and third-party services.

3. Performance Management

  • Set KPIs for user adoption, engagement, and transaction volumes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement optimization strategies.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to maintain market leadership.

4. Customer Experience & Support

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and in-app experiences for customers.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with customer service teams to resolve mobile banking–related issues.

5. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure platform compliance with banking regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to protect customer data and transactions.

6. Revenue & Efficiency Initiatives

  • Identify and implement monetization opportunities within the mobile platform.
